Hallo Leute,

beim world-update läuft sys-boot/syslinux-4.05 nicht durch.

Kann jemand was mit den Fehlermeldungen anfangen?

also Leute, das Ergebnis ist niederschmetternd.

emerge -av sys-fs/e2fsprogs

hat leider nix gebracht. dann habe ich noch genext2fs installiert
und e2fsprogs upgedatet. war nicht aktuell.

Es kommt nach wie vor dieselbe Fehlermeldung.
Problem dabei ist, die Kiste gehört meinem Kumpel
und ich bin nur remote drauf.

Google spuckt halt gar nix aus, zu der Fehlermeldung.

Ich seh mich schon neu installieren. Ich hatte ja mit den world-updates erst angefangen und es auf meinen Kisten gemacht. Nun will ich Ihm halt auch was gutes tun, weil er auch ein M3N78-EM drinne hat und daher auch die Soundprobleme, die mir zuteil wurden, erlebt. Ich kann schon auch hinfahren und vorort arbeiten, das werde ich wohl heute abend machen und das Ding neu installieren. Gruss, Ralf
